What Is Bathroom Vanity Installation?
Vanity installation replaces or upgrades your sink cabinet and countertop combination, often the single biggest visual change you can make in a bathroom. For Edwards, NY homeowners, this ranges from a straightforward swap to a full custom vanity built around specific storage or style goals.
Why You Need It
An old vanity with water-damaged cabinet bottoms or a failing countertop seal is a common source of slow leaks that go unnoticed until the cabinet floor is visibly soft. Continuing to use a damaged vanity risks further water intrusion into the bathroom's subfloor.
Our Process
1. Measurement and Selection
We measure the space and plumbing rough-in and help select a vanity that fits both the footprint and your storage needs.
2. Removal
The old vanity is removed and we inspect the floor and wall behind it for any water damage before installing the new unit.
3. Installation and Leveling
The new vanity is set, leveled, and secured, with countertop and sink installed to match.
4. Plumbing Connection and Testing
Faucet and drain connections are completed and tested for leaks before the bathroom is returned to use.
What to Expect
Most vanity installations are completed in a day, or slightly longer if plumbing needs adjustment for a new configuration. We test all connections before considering the job finished.
